What is Tantra?
Tantra focuses on the holistic development of human potential.
The true essence of Tantra is not the mere sexual experience, but the joy and pleasure that are ways to expand consciousness. Tantra is a true spiritual path of non duality, a path to awaken and explore the deepest levels of our being, a path to expanding consciousness.

Embark on a transformative Tantra workshop where movement, breath, sound, meditation, silence and stillness awaken the hidden stories within your body and the deep melodies of your heart. Through sacred practices, guided exploration, and heartfelt connection, you will open the door to profound self-awareness, intimacy, and spiritual bliss. This journey invites you to embrace your authentic essence, dissolve barriers, and rediscover the divine harmony within.
Connecting body to pleasure, where pleasure is not a barrier to spiritual growth, it is a door onto spirituality itself and a source of healing. When we acknowledge our body, our mind is more clear and relaxed. The bringing together of both body and spirit turns into a creative playground opening up to the surprising flavor of the upcoming moment. In a space where relaxation is available, our heart can sing free and open.
The aim of this workshop is to offer a safe space to support participants in exploring different dimensions of body and heart and particularly the one of sacred sexuality in order to find a more creative and joyful relationship with oneself, the other and the whole.

Experiencing the power of meditation as you explore deeper states of mindfulness and inner peace. Learn new ways to quiet your mind and be fully present, discover simple practices that bring a sense of clarity to your everyday life.
Going deeper in self awareness by learning to connect with your body on a profound level, discovering its potential, sensations, and the emotions it holds.
Improving mind-body connection and learning through experiences such as breath, work or felt sense, to synchronize your nervous system and body for greater harmony and balance.
Strengthening intimacy and boundaries by exploring how to communicate your boundaries and desires with clarity and respect, deepening intimacy with yourself and others.
Enhancing body sensitivity by developing a heightened awareness of your physical sensations, leading to a more attuned and sensitive connection with yourself and others healing and self- compassion by experiencing practices that promote forgiveness, acceptance, and compassion toward your body, fostering inner healing.
Whom is this workshop for?
For everyone, from 18 years old onwards, single or accompanied, who wants to deepen their knowledge and tantric practices and live a more joyful life. Accompanied participants may choose to work within their partnership and/or with others.
Solo participants often work with other solos, but may also work with accompanied participants who invite them. Any way you come, this training is an enlivening and nourishing experience that can enhance all areas of your life, including but not limited to your love life.

Meet the teacher
We are delighted to welcome Deva Alaya (Tessa Lavezzi), a globally recognized tantra teacher with over 13 years of experience. Training sessions with her are a special opportunity.
Deva Alaya is a certified Skydancing Tantra® Teacher and one of the certified facilitators of the Training for Ecstasy and Love within Skydancing Tantra Institute. She is also a certified bodyworker in Pelvic-Heart® Integration, a certified Sexual Grounding® therapist, a certified Sex and Intimacy Educator. She trained about boundaries and desires within the School of Consent, and she is also trained in Tao Sexual and Erotic massage.

Organization & Assistance
Magdalena is the organizer of the workshop. She is in a process of studying Love & Ecstasy Training (LET) at the SkyDancing Tantra Institute. Having been involved in personal development through yoga in 24 years and tantra for 4 years, she is passionate about spreading the ancient wisdom of those spiritual systems through the teaching courses of certified facilitators who bring the knowledge to Bulgaria.
